UV Printing

UV Printing can be summed up in one word; versatility. In UV printing, inks become instantly cured when exposed to Ultra Violet light and sheets come off the press completely dry allowing them to be worked or shipped immediately. What’s more is that UV allows us to print on some of the most difficult materials in the world. Substrates like plastics, synthetic papers, polyesters and vinyls can be impossible to print using conventional methods. We are even able to produce dynamic lenticular and 3D motion pieces because of the Ultra Violet process. UV printing also offers benefits to jobs that are printed on paper. Dry trapping can produce shaper images and, on uncoated stocks, heavy solids are no longer a concern. The ability to print UV for specialty coatings on some of the most difficult materials in the world is one of the things that makes us different.
