Sheetfed

Over the last 25 years, sheetfed printing has evolved so dramatically that many of the printers from that era are no longer in business. Many were businesses that were around for 100 years or more and were passed down from generation to generation. The dawn of the electronic age signaled the beginning of the end for many of them. Some never realized the sweeping, profound changes that were taking place. Many of those who did simply did not have the resources to stay ahead of the curve or even to keep up. That, coupled with the migration of work to electronic media, such as the internet and what you have is the intensely competitive market that exists today. Tepel Brothers Printing Company has managed to flourish in this current market. This can be attributed to our passion for pursuing the latest innovations that the industry has to offer. Our Heidelberg presses are considered by many to be the finest printing presses in the world and we have the latest and greatest. Our Heidelberg CD presses are capable of printing the thinnest text paper all the way up to 40pt. board stock and everything in between. Our new Heidelberg SpeedMaster U.V. press makes it possible to print on some materials that are impossible to produce with conventional methods. All of our presses interface with the Heidelberg Image Control system for consistent color balance throughout the run. We are the only printer in Michigan to have installed this system and all of our presses are linked with CIPS3, which allows our pre-press department to download the jobs settings directly into the press. We have perfecting presses which can print on both sides of the sheet at the same time, all with the legendary Heidelberg quality. There are plenty of sheetfed printers in southeast Michigan. Tepel Brothers Printing Company has truly become the benchmark of what a great sheetfed printer should be.
